As an organization, we have taken much care and consideration in adjusting our service delivery model to operate in a virtual space. At each step of this process, the integrity of our services as well as the safety of our team, clients, and the public have been our top priority. As we begin to navigate our return to offering face-to-face services, our priorities remain the same. While some businesses and organizations will be opening their doors Tuesday morning, ADSTV will continue to offer phone and virtual services while working remotely. Exceptions include the addiction medicine services for nicotine replacement therapy as well as at the Rapid Access Addiction Medicine Clinic at 648 Huron Street in London and the housing supports provided by Street Level Women at Risk and Addictions Supportive Housing.
We are in the process of developing policies and procedures, procuring protective equipment, as well as creating the appropriate spaces to deliver services in a face-to-face setting. We are actively working to return to face-to-face services, as they are appropriate, safe, and manageable for our staff, clients, and community. We will continue to share announcements regarding changes to services, as they are available.
We have also moved many of our team to working remotely in effort to maintain safety.
We will continue to monitor the situation and explore options to maintain low-barrier services for our clients.
We thank you for your continued understanding.
Intake services will be available by phone from 10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. Monday-Friday.
You will be able to connect with your assigned clinician by phone Monday – Friday. We will also be offering short-term support to clients whose assigned clinician is unavailable for a call.
We are working to maintain low-barrier service delivery and at this time, are continuing to explore other options. We will update our website with materials and additional support options in the coming days.
This is an important step in flattening the curve of COVID-19. In advance, we thank you for your patience and understanding.
