About the Internet, Gaming Disorders and Problem Gambling Services

This program is designed to improve the health, social outcomes and quality of life of people with internet, gaming or gambling concerns through offering both direct client services and community education.

Is this program for me?

  • Must be 12 years of age or older

  • Must be willing to enter the program

  • Must have concerns about your own internet, gaming or gambling use AND/OR

  • Must have concerns about your significant other’s internet, gaming or gambling use

  • Must reside in the Thames Valley region (London-Middlesex, Elgin and Oxford)

Referral Procedure

Anyone concerned about their own, or someone else’s internet, gaming or gambling problem can access screening, assessment and treatment services. These services are available for all individuals regardless of their stage of change or treatment goal. Third party and self-referrals are welcome.

If interested in services, there are several ways to get in contact:

  • Phone our Intake Line at 519.673.3242 ext. 234, leave a message and a counsellor will return your phone call.
  • Attend ADSTV Walk In Intake Services in the London Office at 200 Queens Ave. Suite 260 any Monday or Thursday starting at 1pm (excluding holidays).
  • Attend ADSTV Walk In Intake in either St. Thomas, Ingersoll, Woodstock or Tillsonburg- please email intake@staging.adstv.on.ca or call 519-673-3242 ext 222 for more information on times and locations.

Community Education

Internet, Gaming Disorders and Problem Gambling Services has developed innovative and original programs and strategies.
