The goal of this program is to provide solution focused addiction and mental health counselling, education, health promotion and case management services to Local 1059 members and their dependents twelve years and older.
ADSTV will act as the initial assessment/referral agency for LiUNA Local 1059 members and their family members. As a first point of contact, clients will be assessed for appropriate services which may include community treatment, referral to internal programs, and/or residential treatment. Clients will have direct access to the agency’s community withdrawal management which includes acute/post acute withdrawal assessment, consultation, planning, relapse prevention, community referrals, education, aftercare services and significant other services. This will be offered through individual and group sessions.
Anyone concerned about their own substance use can access screening, assessment and treatment services. These services are available for all individuals regardless or their stage of change or treatment goal. Third party and self-referrals are welcome.
Local 1059 members or immediate family members of Local 1059 who are concerned about their substance use, gambling or gaming can access screening, assessment and treatment services in London-Middlesex, Elgin and Oxford Counties. Self-referrals and Third-party referrals are welcome.
